Program Description

The Phelan Farm text messaging program provides recurring seasonal messages concerning sweet-corn availability, harvest updates, pickup or stand locations, delivery areas and routes, order deadlines, order confirmations and coordination, farm announcements, and occasional offers or promotions.

How You Enroll

You may enroll by submitting a website or order form with the text-message consent box checked, texting an advertised keyword such as CORN, MORRIS, STREATOR, or FARM to our dedicated number, or using another signup method that clearly explains the program and asks for your consent.

By enrolling, you:

Authorize The Phelan Farm to send recurring informational and marketing text messages to the mobile number you provide
Understand that messages may be sent using automated technology
Confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number, or are authorized to enroll it
Understand that consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from The Phelan Farm

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and is seasonal. Frequency may increase briefly around harvest, order cutoff, pickup, or delivery dates. Individual replies concerning an order or question will vary according to your interaction with us.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Phelan Farm does not charge a separate fee for joining the text program.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any Phelan Farm text to opt out. We will also honor other reasonable language that clearly communicates that you want the messages to stop. We may send one final text confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, we will not send further recurring program messages unless you provide new consent.

If you later send us a new question or order-related message, we may respond to the request you initiated, but doing so does not re-enroll you in recurring promotional messages.

Delivery and Carrier Terms

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to wireless network availability and is not guaranteed.

Changes or Termination
